What this policy will prohibit

• Emailing people who have opted out, or bought / scraped lists of personal email addresses.
• Misleading subject lines (fake "Re:" or "Fwd:"), spoofed senders or hidden identities.
• Phishing, malware, fraud, or impersonating other people or companies.
• Prohibited categories: adult content, gambling, get-rich-quick or crypto schemes, unlicensed financial or health claims.
• Getting around sending limits, warm-up, domain-authentication checks or other safeguards.
• Recipients in jurisdictions that require prior consent, unless you have it.
